Home Educator Deep Dive Workshop
On the last term-time Wednesday of every month, we will be delivering an Ocean-themed workshop for children who are keen to learn more about our wonderful blue planet! Each workshop has been designed with national curriculum links, as well as a strong focus on conservation and current marine issues. The workshops will be delivered at 1pm, and last one and half hours.

- 25th Sept: Plastic Seas - A hands-on look at the issue of pollution in our Ocean for 7-11s
- 23rd Oct: Climate Conundrum - a science workshop designed for children for 11-14s
- 27th Nov: Ocean Scientist - a science workshop designed for children for 5-7s
- 18th Dec: Marine Biologist Afternoon - A career themed workshop designed for 11-14s
- 29th Jan: Inventafish - a craft workshop designed for 7-11s
- 26th Feb: Seagrass Rescue - A look at all things seagrass. Why is it important, and can we design and build something to help it?
- 26th March: Under the Knife - a dissection workshop designed for 11-14s
- 30th April: Meet the Mermaid - a literacy/craft workshop for children aged 4-7
- 21st May: Rockpool Safari - Let's explore our local blue space! Suitable for all ages.
