What happens when I buy a ticket online?

You will be emailed a booking reference on receipt of payment – this is an 8 digit code which you must present at the front desk of the Aquarium. 

How do I use a Complimentary Annual Return pass?

Once you have your Complimentary Annual Return please bring your card with you when you next visit. This is to ensure we monitor the passes to prevent fraudulent use. 

I don't have a printer...

You do not have to print out the 8 digit booking reference – if you are using a handheld device simply show this at the admission desk. You can also just write down your booking reference and bring this with you.

Do I need to buy tickets for children under 3?

No. Children under 3 are admitted free of charge.

I seem to have paid twice...

If you have made multiple transactions we can reverse the card payment – please let us know when you arrive and we will attempt to do it as you are visiting us. Please note some banks may take up to 3 working days to reverse the transaction.

Lost Complimentary Annual Return card?

If you misplace your Complimentary Annual Return card we can find you on our database and replace it for you. A small admin fee will be required.
