You will be emailed a booking reference on receipt of payment – this is an 8 digit code which you must present at the Fast Track admissions to gain entrance.
The Fast Track entrance is clearly sign posted – please by pass the queue and move around the back of the ‘windbreak’ posters to the main entrance and enter by the left hand door.
Once you have your Day Plus Pass please ensure the next time you visit us you provide photographic identification. This is to ensure we monitor the passes to prevent fraudulent use.
You do not have to print out the 8 digit booking reference – if you are using a handheld device simply show this the Fast Track admission desk. You can also just write down your booking reference and bring this with you.
No. Children under 3 are admitted free of charge.
If you have made multiple transactions we can reverse the card payment – please let us know when you arrive and we will attempt to do it as you are visiting us. Please note some banks may take up to 3 working days to reverse the transaction.
Any photocopy, printout, snapshot or passport photo as long as we can identify the individual.
Note: Valid ID is still needed.
Unfortunately we cannot replace a lost Day Plus Pass. Day Plus Passes include individual names of visitors therefore proof of transaction is inadequate, unlike online membership where we store details.
