Ocean Change Makers Home Educator Day

Ocean Change Makers will take place at the National Marine Aquarium and will provide a variety of activities to inspire and engage. This new advocacy event will explore real life Ocean issues and allow learners to use knowledge gained from our vibrant exhibits to create their very own stop motion shorts. To celebrate the incredible work done on the day, we will be showcasing the films during the Spring term in a public exhibit.

Ocean Change Makers has been designed for students aged 9-14 and we will run a dedicated Home Educators day on Friday 9th October. The day will run from 10am – 2.15pm, and includes an introduction, tour and workshop. It costs £8 per child (incl. VAT).

Please be aware groups on the day will be assigned based on ages.
If you would like to ensure your learners stay together with friends, please email us (learning@oceanconservationtrust.org) no later than 5pm on Monday 5th October with your booking reference along with the reference for the family you want to be grouped with.  Whilst we cannot guarentee we will be able to accomodate all group requests, we will do our best.
We will be unable to swap groups on the day.
