STEMFest 2024: Darwin's Voyage (for Home Educator groups only)
BACK BY POPULAR DEMAND - DARWINS JOURNEY 2024!
After the success of last years STEMFest, and for the first year ever, we are continuing our evolution and conservation theme for STEMFest 2024.
We will have a dedicated Home Educators day, where learners can take part in a variety of STEM-based activities amongst the Aquarium exhibits, all of which are inspired by the work of the inspirational Darwin 200 Expedition. Participants will also take part in an evolution-themed workshop in our Learning Centre, during which they will have the opportunity use our Virtual Reality headsets! The day will finish with an interactive show, which will leave everyone inspired to explore local habitats and take action to protect them.
Please be aware that the activities are designed for children between 7 and 14 years of age.
- There must be at least one participating child per booking.
- There must be at least one accompanying adult booking. This adult may enter for free.
- One additional adult per family is welcome at a cost of £6.50 each.
- Tickets for this event are limited. Tickets can be purchased up to 12Thursday 10thpm on Wednesday 9th October 2024
- All children must be accompanied by an adult at all times during this event.
- Refunds will not be available.
